Summary: | The characteristics of an integrated photo-heat converting battery (PHCB) are given, which has a design of the collector end that provides an extension of the area of contact with the back surface of the photovoltaic battery (PVB) of up to 30%. The use of corrugated glass and the lamination of solar cells (SCs) with an ethylenevinylacetate film made it possible to reduce the PHCB thickness. The dependence of the open-circuit voltage on the wind velocity for thin PVBs is due to the additional cooling of the system. |
