Summary: | In this tumultuous century of change, in full and continuous process of implementation of concepts, activities and socio-cultural changes the authors can sketch, shyly and not enough eloquent, a definition of what they like to call globalization. Globalization is not just a new term, but it was born with the movement of masses throughout history for various reasons (historical, economic, cultural, etc). Migration and mobility are the key actors in the postmodern process of unifying masses, especially in Higher Education Area and the socio-cultural and economic development of Europe and pan-European space leading to a transformation of national identities, both horizontally and vertically. Furthermore, there is a quantity that is lost and another that turns or is added. Intellectual relocation aims has as primary purpose the growth of the economy and labor market development in relation to the new trends of technology development and capital market. |
