Summary:The paper presents the results of qualitative research in the area of corporate performance management (CPM) of enterprise, as a whole, and its individual parts (operations, activities to the level of processes). The theoretical, qualitative research is based on a comprehensive literature review of available sources, mainly, research reports and scientific studies to the topic and published scientific articles in reputable journals and proceedings of international scientific conferences and monographic publications. Based on the results of realized analysis, comparison and generalization of existing CPM systems and reference model of enterprise performance management is proposed. The crucial idea of this designed model is based on the management and controlling processes integration. Corporate executives especially managers at the top level decide on setting of the CPM system. Results of this paper are valuable for academic sphere and enterprise practice at the same time, especially for corporate executives, managers, and controllers.
