Description
Summary:There is interest among public health researchers to predict the factors that lead to early onset alcohol. The objective of this study was to establish an explanatory model for the early initiation into cannabis use. A multivariate logistic regression model was performed. A sample of 538 college students was taken. Two questionnaires ad hoc the AUDIT, and a questionnaire expectations and other beliefs about alcohol were used as instruments. The model indicates that expectations found as men can have orgasms more easily if they have taken; taking makes it easier to act impulsively or make decisions faster; beliefs related to alcohol gives people more power or increase their sexual desire, the end of the semester can't miss a good celebration with drink and family traditions like drinking habit in the family and give the usual try some kind of alcoholic beverage for small children, fail to explain 33% of the variability of the probability of early onset of alcohol use.
