CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK OF THE HUMAN CAPITAL THEORY DEVELOPMENT

The article considers the origins and approaches of different scientific schools to the formation of the human capital theory, their views are systematized by the development period. Based on this analysis, several areas for research on the role of human capital in economic growth are proposed.
