Summary:Conclusions The presence of fatal cases without previous anxiety/depression reported, the positive dechallenge in ideation, attempt suicidal or self injurious behaviours and the positive rechallenge in few cases, support the urgent need to implement well-designed epidemiologic studies that can lead to the quantification of the suicide/suicide attempt risk level among children using montelukast.
