Summary:Modern society has suffered the constant transformation of values, which causes instabilities and weaknesses in relationships, especially family relationships. Hence the great evils arise which afflict and disrupt tsociety, among them, the focus of this work ,intrafamilial sexual abuse. It is understood that sexual abuse is configured as acurrent theme extremely painful and important in view of the constant presence of this in our society. From this perspective, the objective is toreflect, from the perspective of psychology and psychoanalysis, about this phenomenon. Furthermore, we seek to discuss ways to approach this population and the strategies chosen by the judiciary in the Court of Children and Youth, focusing on psychological issues concerning the consequences of living in humans, and social issues surrounding the theme. This is a theoretical study, which aims to articulate the knowledge brought by psychology, focusing on psychoanalysis, as a contribution to the activities carried out within the judiciary as to listen to individuals involved in sexual abuse cases, expanding notes and discussions covered above.
