Assessment of certain indices of lipid peroxidation in blood of guinea fowl (Numida meleagris L.)

An assessment of the level of primary products of lipid peroxidation, diene conjugates, in blood plasma and one of the secondary products, malonodialdehyde, in guinea fowl erythrocytes revealed their significantly higher level in male guinea fowl compared to other investigated guinea groups.
