Summary:The functionality of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is widely accepted among its practitioners as the core of organization in terms of its efficiency and effectiveness respectively. The influence of Human Resource Management on Supply Chain has started to be realized as a main element of Supply Chain process. Supply Chain Management could be damaged without high level of employee performance and dedication that had controlled by Human Resource Management (HRM). This study provides a detailed discussion on how HRM practices support company to implement supply chain effectively. In this study, quantitative method was used to obtain primary data to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management practices that selection, compensation, evaluation and training on Supply Chain Qualitative Performance that on- time delivery, accuracy and customer dissatisfaction. In this research, it's stated that HRM practices have a significant impact on Supply Chain Qualitative Performance.
