Description
Summary:Concentrations of 46 proteins have been determined in human blood plasma by the method of multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) using the PlasmaDeepDiveTM MRM-panel (Biognosys AG, Switzer land) for quantitative analysis of peptides. 18 of these proteins included into the group of proteins with higher concentrations, were also identified by method of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LS MS/MS) shotgun. Based on literature data it is concluded that the PlasmaDeepDiveTM MRM-panel is appli cable for studies of human plasma samples for determination of potential biomarkers of various nervous sys tem disorders.
