Summary:The paper addresses the factors inducing potential investors, investors from partner countries and demonstrates the entire structure of FDI distribution in Ukraine. Trends of foreign direct investment inflows in Ukraine in 2014 as an important part of national economic growth of the country and a catalyst to its development are analyzed in the article. The problems and weaknesses of investment climate in Ukraine are identified, the ways of its improvement are suggested.
