Synthesis and Bioactivities of Andrographolide Derivatives： New （-）-Limonidilactone Analogues

In this study, a novel route to （-）-limonidilactone analogues 10, 11 by way of stereoselective reaction of andrographolide （5） from 8, 9 was reported. The anti-tumor and a-glucosidsae inhibition activities of some synthetic compounds were screened.
