Sarcoidosis - multiples skeletal bone involvement, skin, pleural and mediastinal manifestations

The Bone scintigraphy and Pet Scan showed symmetrical inflammatory arthritis of knees, elbows and carpal bones, right iliac crest bone and vertebral body of T8; a suspicion of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy of the femurs was raised.
