Summary:Conclusions STEMI, cardiogenic shock, cardiac arrest, and acute respiratory failure were associated with a higher likelihood of death during the index hospitalization; however, HF and malnutrition had a higher impact on death in the period between hospital discharge and 90 days post discharge, with severe kidney disease having a large impact both during the index and 90-days post.
