RUPTURED CASEOUS MITRAL ANNULAR CALCIFICATION PRESENTING AS A MOBILE MASS

Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography revealed a mobile echodensity measuring 0.9 cm x 0.6 cm attached to the atrial aspect of the posterior mitral valve annulus without other evidence of valvular dysfunction.
