Relevant catheterization findings Syntax score: 36 LM -Ostial lesion with pressure damping (even use 5Fr JL), 80% stenosis LAD -Proximal to middle 70-80% stenosis, 1st DB: proximal near total occlusion (TIMI-1 flow) LCX -Proximal 80% stenosis, distal 50% stenosis RCA -Ostial lesion (+), proximal 60% stenosis Ramus -Small caliber [Interventional Management] Procedural step PCI to LM bifurcation was performed after IABP insertion.
