Summary: | The care depends on understanding (and hermeneutics) in several aspects: the understanding of the patient, of the illness, of the diagnosis. However, what is the more useful hermeneutic to this area of knowledge and profession? The objective is to apply the analogical understanding to these procedures and to explain the frontiers of an univocist and an equivocist approach. It will be described there parts: first one explains the urgency of hermeneutics in care, second, the limitations of univocism and equivocism and third exposes the advantages of analogism in the framework of health care. Finally, as a middle point, it proposes analogy. It overcomes the risk of cares focused in a (univocist) theory and in an (equivocist) subjectivism of a wayward patient. |
