Cortical networks engaged in working memory in mild cognitive impaired patients and healthy controls identified by independent component analysis

Both the GLM and ICA analysis showed activation patterns in regions associated with working memory within the 3 groups (prefrontal cortex, parietal cortex) with significant effects of aging and cognitive impairment (loss of activation).
