The Influence of Acquisition Parameters in 3T Echo Planar Imaging: Nyquist Ghost and Signal-to-Noise Ratio Analysis

Using the software ImageJ 1.41o (NIH, USA), 10x10 pixels ROIs were drawn to measure the signal and the standard deviation of the central region of the phantom, of an off-center region of the phantom and of 4 regions around the phantom where ghost could be identified.
