Summary: | Introduction Diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and therefore fiber tractography is a challenge at ultra-high field strength, because geometric distortions due to off-resonance effects as well as image blurring due to T2* decay scale with field strength. For OVS a SKEWED pulse was used as proposed in (Hwang1999, Pfeuffer2002) and for the GRAPPA reconstruction a 2D convolution kernel (Griswold2004) with 3 source points along the readout direction and four source points along phase encoding direction was used with an acceleration factor of two. |
