Summary: | The changes on product content, customer specifications, employee profile and operational processes, forced organizations to use information technologies in their structures. The purpose of the study is to search the process configuration of private employment agencies on electronic recruiting process. For this purpose, we have interviewed AdeccoTurkey and Kariyer.net managers of private employment agencies operating in Turkey and in consultation with Kocaeli ISKUR deputy director, and mailed the interview questions to all private employment agencies registered in ISKUR. Private employment agencies; AdeccoTurkey and Kariyer.net , having the maximum volume of business, will be examined in detail. As a result of our research, we have found that all the companies operating in the private sector, in all positions, managing their recruitment processes through private employment agencies. |
