description Concern about environmental issues goes for a consensus on the membership of a new style of development, striving for economic growth model that combines the results to the preservation of the environment. Thus, this study evaluates the organizational performance of Granja, endowed with integrated Biosystems project, and compares the results with those of other Granja, which uses the conventional system of waste treatment. The analysis is done by the method of Sustainability Indicators Evaluation (MORE), in order to identify performance and organizational sustainability of farms. Considered the proposed objectives, this research, multi case is classified as descriptive, with a proposal for a quantitative analysis of the research object. The results of the study demonstrate that provided Grange Biosystems was classified as sustainable, while the conventional Granja, is in pursuit of sustainability. From these results it is concluded that the integrated Biosystems achieves the objectives proposed in its initial design to maximize the variables of sustainable development.
