Summary:The aim of this study is to assess the stance on women's issues according to views of women educators of Contemporary Drama Association as a non-governmental organisation which has a majority of women member and the effect of creative drama on the women educator's selfe-sense of feminity . For that purpose, opinions of 23 women educators are received through a structured interview form. The collected data is analyzed by descriptive analysis which is one of the qualitative data analysis techniques. According to research results, majority of women educators assess the Contemporary Drama Association as a partly-sufficient non-governmental organisation for its activites for the women's issues. The women educators requests from association are organisation of academic studies related to women's issues, planning common projects with the women associations, establishing a women's issues department under the roof of association and making the proper changes at the constitution of association according to women's issues.
