Summary:This study examined the articles on mobile customer relationship management (m-CRM) published in academic journals between the years 2005-2016 by using content analysis in detail. The aim of this study was to find out the changes and progress in the field of m-CRM. A total of 20 articles are considered in the study. Content analysis of these articles were made based on categories such as number of articles over the years, number of authors, countries searched in articles, journal of the articles, sectors examined in articles, research type, data collection methods, statistical analysis used in articles and research findings.
