Rationale Exercise may be the sole trigger of anaphylaxis (Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis [EIA]), it can co-trigger anaphylaxis with food allergens (Food-Dependent Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis [FDEIA]) or it can be a cofactor in anaphylaxis regardless of trigger.
