Methods To evaluate Treg function with aging and asthma, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were collected from a subset of younger (n=14) and older (n=15) subjects from a cohort of inner-city asthma patients in which sputum and asthma control (ACT) has been measured.
