La evolución del debate en torno a la búsqueda de identidad en la literatura francófona de las Antillas francesas/ The Evolution of the Debate over the Search of Identity in Francophone Literature of French Antilles

In view of the vivacity and magnitude that francophone literature has reached in the French Antilles despite, its short history, a great debate about the search for identity has developed alongside it. We therefore propose to describe an overview of just half a century, analysing the evolution of intellectual movements concerning this quest for original identity. In this way, we made a synthesis of the complex theoretical corpus accomplished by these writers from Guadeloupe and Martinique, who are an exceptional example of the ability to define themselves. This allowed us, finally, to trace the different stages of concretization of the Antillean identity in an exemplary determination process associated with production of Antillean literary.
