Summary: | E-health cloud offers health care services over cloud computing infrastructures. In such type of systems patients health data is collected through the sensor networks such as Body Area Networks (BAN) and stored in the form of Electronic Health Records (EHR) over the cloud storage in an unprocessed format. As the sensor networks continuously generate EHRs the process of data management has become the challenging task which the existing e-health cloud architectures fails to solve. In this paper, we define an efficient framework for e-health clouds, where an enhanced decision tree based classification technique is defined that classifies the sensor data in an efficient manner and stores it into the cloud storage in a processed format. Further, this system makes use of Multi-Authority Attribute based Encryption technique, where each authority maintains a distinct set of user attributes corresponding to a specific user group. This facilitates efficient data management and deals with patient emergency cases at earlier stages. The experiment is conducted using amazon cloud, and it provides comparatively better results. |
