Summary:Instructing and Learning is the oldest and will be the latest trait for human being till the end of the time. Various teaching-learning theories have been proposed by different researchers to profoundly cover all facets of supervised (classroom) and un-supervised (e-learning) pedagogical modes. The E-technologies set up has unwrapped plenty of issues principally contending on the fading layer of teacher by technology. The present study is undertaken to revisit the century's oldest issue of mapping the exact role of teacher for identified learning styles of e-learners to maximize the teaching and learning experience. All the e-learners are provided with same learning objects on learning management system. This study is undertaken to model such an e-teacher which can disseminate learning materials according to the learning styles of e-learners. Decision Tree is used to model the e-teacher for a personalized e-learning environment. This e-teacher will be able to disseminate the learning objects according to the elearners' learning style but also analyze the effectiveness of applied teaching strategy.
