Summary:A new method for determining informative components of a signal is investigated in case of introducing a given uncertainty function proceeding from conditions of construction of a sequential decision-making rule. Based on the investigations being carried out, the possibility of termination of a decoding process is determined in case of the correspondence between the obtained results and established decision thresholds.
