Synthesis, structure, and complexing properties of 2,2′-{[(diisopropoxyphosphoryl)methyl]azanediyl}diacetic acid

2,2′-{[(Diisopropoxyphosphoryl)methyl]azanediyl}diacetic acid has been synthesized by the Kabachnik–Fields reaction and its complexing ability toward cobalt(II) and nickel(II) ions has been studied.
