P‐46: An Oxide‐Semiconductor (OS) Technology‐Based Display Controller Suitable for an OS Display Comprising a Non‐Volatile Scan Register for Display‐Parameter Setting

A display controller used in an oxide‐semiconductor (OS) display was fabricated based on OS technology. Setting parameters were stored in non‐volatile registers comprising OS FETs; thus, power shutdown and restart of the power supply along with “idling stop” driving are possible. The power consumpti...

Description
Summary:A display controller used in an oxide‐semiconductor (OS) display was fabricated based on OS technology. Setting parameters were stored in non‐volatile registers comprising OS FETs; thus, power shutdown and restart of the power supply along with “idling stop” driving are possible. The power consumption was reduced by 75%. Optimal setting parameters can also be obtained with AI.
