Summary: | The mall is place where varieties of goods and services are available. In the modern technological age the Mall has very much impact on shopping. In the present modern era customers are purchasing different type of products from the online shops. Still then there are lot of demerit of online market like no physical instant review of products, cyber crime, problems of online payments etc which are likely motivate the customers to buy goods from the physical market. So, today the shopping malls have also lot of scope its existence. This an attempt to study the customers' perception towards shopping mall in the Cuttack city. The present study is based on primary and secondary data. The data are collected through well designed questionnaire formulated for this study purpose. The data collected from 50 respondents (shopping mall customers only) which include students, service holders, housewives, business man and professional etc in the Cuttack City during October to December 2015. Data preparation begins with preliminary check of the entire questionnaire for its completeness. The collected data was edited, coded, tabulated, grouped and organized according to the requirement of the study and then analysis was being done. For analyzing the data percentage method have been used. |
