Summary: | Customer contentment and customer loyalty are now the most important features to maximize profits. Companies should not only focus on production, but they also need to consider every way, which leads to sale. This means, all business activities are not characterized by product, but by customer. The aim of this study is to find out whether the companies in Adiyaman give the necessary-value to customers (- contentment and -loyalty) or not. To determine that, it was handed a field survey questionnaire in the study. |
