Summary:Hard metal pneumoconiosis is a rare but serious disease of the lungs associated with inhalational exposure to tungsten or cobalt dust. To conduct a case-series describing the demographic, clinical, radiologic, and pathologic characteristics of a large cohort of patients with hard metal pneumoconiosis and describe the response of pulmonary function testing to immunosuppression.
