Summary:Congenital pulmonary lymphangiectasia (CPL) is a rare disorder with a high mortality rate that usually presents with severe respiratory distress at birth often requiring mechanical ventilation. Treatment included pneumocystis prophylaxis, bronchial hygiene with an oscillatory positive pressure flutter valve, medium-chain triglyceride diet, and continuation of formoterol/mometasone with the addition of albuterol.
