Summary:Aim: The aim of this study is to assess clinical and radiological characteristics and prognosis of interstitial pneumonia (IP) associated with microscopic polyangiitis (MPA). The diagnosis of IPF was made by a multidisciplinary clinico-radiological-pathological review of the patient data in accordance with the 2011 American Thoracic Society /European Respiratory Society/Japanese Respiratory Society/Latin American Thoracic Association (ATS/ERS/JRS/ALAT).
