Description
Summary:Methods: An evaluation study with Stepped-Wedge Cluster Randomized Controlled Trial design was carried out to explore the potential impact of CCOS in an Iranian University Hospital. Nor were there differences in the secondary outcomes: length of stay [AdjustedA OR (95% CI) = 1.00 (0.97-1.03)] or ICU admission [AdjustedA OR (95% CI) = 1.15 (0.64-2.09)].The analysis of interviews and focus group discussions with staff indicated that implementation of a CCOS had had several favorable effects.
