Summary:A T-spine MRI and chest CT both revealed a 6.3 cm posterior mediastinal mass (Image 1) with compression of the esophagus and airways and multiple rib and vertebral pathologic fractures. Bone marrow biopsy also demonstrated a kappa restricted plasma cell neoplasm with clonal plasma cells representing approximately 80% of cellularity.
