Summary:At baseline, we recorded demographics and comorbidities, performed a six-minute walk test, and collected the LSA, COPD Assessment Test (CAT), UCSD Shortness of Breath Questionnaire (SOBQ), and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Compared to those with unrestricted Life-Space, participants with restricted Life-Space had lower percent-predicted FEV1 (38.8±15.5 vs 48.5±16.8, p=0.03), reduced six-minute walk distance (792±321 vs 1047±244 feet, p=0.005), worse health status by CAT (20.2±8.5 vs 15.0±5.7, p=0.03), more severe dyspnea by SOBQ (69.9±24.1 vs 41.8±25.4, p
