Summary:Methods: At the Hinduja Hospital, a private tertiary medical centre with a referral bias towards non responders and an accredited Mycobacteriology laboratory, Mycobacterium tuberculosis ^ТВ) isolates were tested for susceptibility to 14 drugs using Mycobacterium Growth Indicator Tube - MGH" 960 fåD Diagnostics) at the WHO recommended DST Critical Concentrations. For linezolid, a Critical Concentration of 1.0 mcg/ml was used. Since July 2015, 2173 isolates have undergone drug susceptibility testing to 14 drugs including linezolid.
