Summary:Introduction Current European (ERS/ESC) pulmonary hypertension (PH) guidelines recommend risk assessment at the time of diagnosis and at regular follow-up in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). The Cox-proportional hazards model was used to determine the weight of four low-risk criteria achieved at the first follow-up visit: NYHA FC I or II, 6MWD > 440m, right atrial pressure (RAP) < 8 mmHg and cardiac index (CI) > 2.5 L/min/m2.
