Summary:Here, we reviewed the yield of mycobacterial diagnostics in TB suspects seen at the MRCG Clinic between January 2002 and December 2015 Methods: Patients information such as sex, age and site of infection were recorded. Clinical specimens received in the laboratory included sputum, pleural fluids, aspirates, bronchoalveolar lavage and peripheral blood. 50429 clinical samples from 21042 patients (11832 males and 8890 females and 320 sex unknown) were received between January 2002 and December 2015.
