D26 LUNG DEVELOPMENT AND BPD: Bone Marrow-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells And Conditioned Media Have Differential Effects In An In Vitro Model Of Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia

Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent progenitor cells that protect against and repair hyperoxia-induced lung injury via secretion of immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory factors. Primary bone marrow-derived macrophages from wild-type C57BL/6J mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS...

Description
Summary:Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are multipotent progenitor cells that protect against and repair hyperoxia-induced lung injury via secretion of immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory factors. Primary bone marrow-derived macrophages from wild-type C57BL/6J mice were treated with lipopolysaccharide (LPS) or saline control, bone marrow-derived MSCs (BM-MSCs) or media control, and 95% or 21% oxygen for 24 hours.
