Summary:Regulation of Insurance Agents dated 22 nd of April, 2014, No. 28980 which was issued in accordance with Insurance Code, No. 5684, article 23, has been revised by Regulations of amendments of the Insurance Agents Regulation dated 16 th of January 2016 and was published in the Official Gazette, No. 29595. The amendments of the Regulation which determined principles and procedures on the qualifications of the real person or legal entities engaged in insurance agency will be subject of our study. The amendments will come into force on July 16, 2016.
