Description
Summary:The effect an original nanocomposite of elemental selenium and arabinogalactan heteropolysaccharide has on the rate of the calcification of calluses in the case of a traumatic injury is studied experimentally using confocal and fluorescence microscopy. With a local increase in the selenium concentration in the area of the traumatic injury, we observe low intensity of mineralization for the forming callus and a slowing down of bone regeneration. The difficulties of visualizing fluorescent labels introduced simultaneously are discussed.
