The porous wall air coupling with air staged (PW&AS) furnace is designed and manufactured to overcome these problems. The preliminary experimental results show that PW&AS furnace could effect a simultaneous realization of prevention of high temperature corrosion, high combustion efficiency, and low NOx emissions.
