Summary: | The formulation of combined feed for most animals includes a large proportion of plant material containing nonstarch polysaccharides, including mannans, not only non-degraded by intrinsic enzymes of the gastrointestinal tract of animals, but also preventing the effects of digestive enzymes and reducing the digestibility of the feed. Oral administration of mannose containing drugs had a stimulating effect on the functional activity of macrophages, enhancing the absorption and digestive capacity of the cells (table. 2), it contributed to the reduction of tumor necrosis factor, it also induced the expression of pro-and anti-inflammatory cytokines [2, 8]. The carried out identification of the protein composition of mixtures of mouse serum immunoglobulin derived from animals before artificial initiation of dysbiosis, in the disease process, as well as after treatment with the introduction of mannose in the diet allowed to reveal the presence of up to 20 contaminating proteins of different origin in the mixture except for a set of immunoglobulin G. The qualitative composition of the structure of immunoglobulins significantly changed after the application of mannose diet. |
