Dramatic changes on chest radiograph associated with salivary gland malignancy, but with good prognosis

A 72 year old man presented to the emergency department with pleuritic chest pain and shortness of breath. On further questioning, he mentioned a swelling in the right sublingual region, and fine needle aspiration confirmed primary adenoid cystic carcinoma.
