Summary:Method: We reviewed all patients with artery-invaded pancreatic cancer (T4NxM0, stage III) who received radical resection between Sep 2009 and Feb 2017 in Pancreas Center, The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. Compared with other T4NxM0 patients (stage III, n=34) underwent palliative treatment, combined arterial resection strategy have the tendency to prolong overall survival in this group of pancreatic cancer patients (MST: 13.0 vs 9.0 months, p=0.1167).
